The Dairy Division is managed by General Manager Bob Fitzsimmons (East Coast Office) along with Operations Manager Dave Wallace (Orangeville Farm). We focus on raising Purebred Holstein Cattle, as well as merchandizing embryos and Registered Holsteins.

Renita may be the most famous red cow in the world. She is an undefeated champion when showing against red and whites and was nominated All-American Holstein Aged Cow-2001. On top of her individual success she has a great pedigree and has produced numerous outstanding daughters, including Rolanda(Ex93) here at Carrousel. Look for her sons at Semex, ABS, and ABC

We expect nothing but greatness from Add E, both in the showring and as a brood cow.

This massive Rudolph daughter follows in the footsteps of other great members of the Chief Faith cow family. Her mother, Thor Fapple-VG87, was lost as a young cow, but could have been a very high scoring cow. The next dam is Cleitus Furci, the former #1 cow of the breed. We believe Farouche will start a great branch of the Chief Faith family here at Carrousel.
